Installing R:

Go to http://www.r-project.org/ and click on CRAN.
Select a CRAN Mirror close to you and follow the guidelines.

Installing the package StatDA:

Be sure you are online and start R on your computer (probably as super-user).
Type install.packages("StatDA") in the command window.
The package StatDA as well as all other packages needed for executing the R-scripts are now installed.
